Spring/Easter Kits
Good Saturday morning to everyone. I hope you are enjoying your day with your family and getting ready for your Easter Celebrations tomorrow. Is there anything special you do on Easter with your family? Easter is probably my most favorite holiday,it’s a great time to reflect on all that Jesus has done for us. Yesterday, I took my daughters to the Passion Experience which is a self guided tour you do by going through all these different stations leading up to the cross. They had stations like hand washing, the Last Supper, the coins, the nails, the torn veil, and a few others. It was really neat because you could touch, smell, and taste the events leading up to Christ’s ultimate scarifice…The Cross! They had great sticker books for the kids with explainations for each station in kid terms.
I also wanted to share a tip I use when using chocolate candy to stuff inside those platic eggs. Stuff the candy in the eggs then put the eggs in the FREEZER so the chocolate won’t melt as quickly {at least this is a great tip for the south when it’s 100 degrees out on Easter}
